An exceptional setting
It was in a fortress, built in the XIth Century and completed in the XVth Century by King Louis XI, that Bouchard Père & Fils established itself in 1820. Situated in the heart of Beaune, this extraordinary site, classified a « Monument Historique », offers an exceptional setting for our visitors and, above all, superb storage conditions for our Grands Vins. It is in fact in underground cellars, behind walls 7m thick, that our best bottles rest quietly, sheltered from any vibration or temperature variation.
