Balanced Approach Viticulture
The Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils has striven for numerous years in its efforts aimed at developing viticulture ever more respectful of the environment. In 2009, this commitment was recompensed by the “Attestation of Qualification in Balanced Approach Viticulture”, an award given by the TERRAE organization and following a process initiated several years ago on the domaine’s 130 hectares.
This balanced approach viticulture fits within the context of desire to identify the overall numbers of agricultural entities engaged in the process of sustainable development, as clearly expressed in the efforts of the Government environmental working group (Grenelle de l’Environnement).
