Our commitments
Sustainability and respect for our heritage
“The inspiration of the terroir, the work of time”: our commitments are an extension of our heritage stretching back almost three centuries. They lie at the core of our long-term vision.

The environment
Protecting nature,
preserving resources
The duty of passing on our legacy is central to our environmental commitments.
- Respecting the integrity of the soils and the grapes: continue the practices that led to organic certification for the entire estate in 2025, continuing the renewal of the vines with careful selection of plant material, and further embracing agroecological practices.
- Preserving biodiversity and creating virtuous and resilient ecosystems: installing birdhouses for blue tits, bat shelters, nectar-rich hedgerows, and planting trees at the heart of our plots.
- Managing natural resources with restraint: reducing the use of fossil fuels for transportation, promoting responsible water management, supporting the circular economy (waste management, recycling), and developing sustainable purchasing practices.
- Restoring, enhancing, and maintaining Burgundy’s dry stone wall heritage: our teams of stonemasons work on the restoration and upkeep of our murgers (stone walls).

The human touch
Nurturing a precious community
of many talents
Our story stems from a human-driven dynamic, led by passionate teams who work with respect and pride.
Our mission also includes:
- Ensuring the well-being of our teams: fostering open dialogue and listening to our employees,
- Perpetuating our know-how, and the culture of humility and excellence: continuing training programs, equipping ourselves with the best winemaking tools, investing in Research & Development, and sharing knowledge.
- Ensuring health and safety at work.

Local Development
Strengthening our local ties
We continue to contribute to the worldwide prominence of Burgundy, land of unique wines.
- Maintaining historic partnerships with local suppliers,
- Supporting the involvement of our teams in local and regional organisations.
- Promoting the training of young people in the region and helping to foster new vocations.
